I've been trying out a number of command line editors recently but Fresh is the one that is really sticking with me at the moment.
It has a pretty intuitive editing experience that is in the vein of pico/nano but with equally intuitive keybinds (Ctrl S to save for example).
It also has out of the box syntax highlighting for Typst and Markdown which are the main document formats I'm using currently.
It also seems to work pretty well across platforms.
